“Lasership twice claimed to attempt delivery. It was a lot of B?S. The third time i was with my front door open and sitting outside when i received a message at 10 pm saying that the pachage has been left in my front door or my porche at 9:13 pm..
That really ticked me off. I called amazon inmediately and told them that in the future i do not want lasership to deliver any of my packages.
I think the driver stole the package and let me holding the bag.
To me that is the worse delivery company and if amazon continues to use them for delivery they will loose to walmart..”

“NEVER EVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT USES LASERSHIP YOU WONT GET YOUR PACKAGE. I ordered something from Urban Outfitters, it made it to their facility very fast, it then stayed at their facility for 13 days. I called the customer service, was on hold for a very long time, talked to three different people all assuring me that they didn’t know why it was being held and that it would be shipped out in the morning. It wasn’t. Called back the next day and changed the address thinking that may be the issue- was assured it would be shipped that day. It was not. Next day I check the tracking information and it says it’s being shipped back to the sender. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY”
“I ordered a package three carters whom third party delivery unfortunately was lasher ship . The first time I was suppose to receive the package I didn’t due to the fact they didn’t have my apartment number which i did give them . So they emailed me back staying they would deliver it again the next day . Next day came I was at home the ENTIRE DAY THE TRACKING NUMBER SAID DELIVERED AT MY DOOR WHICH I NEVER GOT . Now I am waiting on a call from management at 9:36 PM on why my kids packages said delivered.”
“This company should not be in business. First time I've ever even heard of this delivery service and they happen to have been delivering my order at the time. I got a notification via Walmart (the place where I ordered from) saying that they delivered my package and so I go out to look for it and it's nowhere to be found. I contacted LaserShip and sent in a complaint about my missing package, and they never got back to me. I then had to go through the trouble of contacting Walmart to replace my lost items only to find out they could only reship some of them and refund me for the rest. I was not happy about this. I got curious and googled reviews for LaserShip and found out that a lot of people do NOT like this delivery company and I can see why.”
“I ordered on sephora who uses lasership. (I didn't know before ordering) My lasership tracker said my item was out for delivery in a town over 60 miles from my address. 2 hours later it said it was delivered. I havr a screened in porch with a door that makes a doorbell noise when opened. I was home and heard nothing. My item was not delivered. I called during business hours and got a generic voice-mail like someones cell phone voice. It didn't even have the companies name on the voice-mail. Thankfully I'm getting full refund. Buy from ulta or small owned beauty suppliers”
“The worst shipping experience! I ordered some products online and the company utilized them for shipping. Lasership marked my package as delivered to the front door and there was no package delivered i called the company and reorder the items and they shipped again with this dysfunctional company. I checked the status of the package and it said delivered to the mail room, I walked to the mail room and there was no package at the location and many people walk in and out the mailroom my package could have been stolen idk. Customer service is also poor and they said they will investigate the issue in 2 business days but they really don't. I would never use this company for anything!”
“Sephora mailed me a package. I waited all day for the package to arrive on July 3 as that's what the tracking number said. Nothing ever came. I was unable to track the package after that until Tuesday, July 7. On July 7 when I was on the website it said that it was loaded onto a truck at 7:58 PM In West Deptford NJ, out for delivery at 7:59 PM, and delivered at 8:00 PM. This is literally impossible to complete this delivery when the delivery truck that had the package to deliver is located 30 minutes from my house. I really believe that this company has employees that are stealing the packages. Not one but two of my Sephora packages have not made it to my house. Unfortunately the items I ordered were not available any longer so I couldn't even get a replacement. So disappointed in this company for not responding to customers or having any type of integrity. I will cancel any order that sends me a laser ship tracking number.”

The driver couldn't find the street address of the Post Office; which is shameful but marked the package delivered. Supposedly, it was returned to the distribution office but I was only contacted after the Post Office closed. I called LaserShip to dispute that I had not received the package and there was no way to deliver to the Post Office on Sunday. The customer service representative took my home address and mobile stating that the driver would ring me upon delivering. The next day I got a text alert stating it was delivered. It had not been delivered to my home address.
The next day I went to the Post Office 3 times in search of my package to no avail. The day after that I checked the post office to no avail. Eventually was able to get in contact with LaserShip customer service only for them to send me a picture of the fact that the delivery driver left the package in the self-service customer area of the Post Office. This is beyond incompetent. Every time you call customer service there was a 20 minute wait time, people hanging up on you and supervisors making promises as long as they don't have to truly provide customer service. I wasted 2 days of my life with a company that clearly doesn't value customers or even care at ALL. This company is beyond shameful. I truly wish I could provide pictures to illustrate how inept this company is on the basic level of delivering a package.
Please look at where my package was delivered. Out of view of attendants. The delivery person even thought it was ok to take the 1st photo. Funny thing is that I have no certainty the way things transpired that the delivery driver didn't take my package. There is absolutely no accountability at this company with every excuse being passed along with customer satisfaction being a hoax.”
