It appears as though they keep packages.... both expensive items too.”

“This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Every single time I place an online order and the company uses LS as their means of delivery transportation, THEY NEVER DELIVER!!!! I ordered a package from Carters for my daughter, and they state that they "tried to deliver" the package but was unable to because they had no access to the gate😒. I signed up for text updates AND my phone number was placed in the notes section so that I can be called if there were any discrepancies. NO ONE CALLED,& NO ONE SENT A TEXT message. LS needs to get it together because this is RIDICULOUS and frustrating!! This is poor and tasteless customer service!”
“A few vendors I shop with started using LaserShip out of the blue after years of using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Five times LaserShip was used for shipping and all 5 times, the package was marked as delivered and it was not at my house. Contacting LaserShip was useless and their “investigations” in each misdelivery came to no conclusion. As a result, I stopped buying from the Gap and American Eagle Outfitters as a result.”
“Never received my order from Zara. I have been chasing my order and LS stated my order was lost and sent me an email in regards to this. NEVER received an email. Very frustrating. I would never use ZARA's online ordering ever again.”

“I was sent a package through LaserShip that somehow had the wrong mailing address. I was able to find the number for the warehouse and talk to someone in customer service. Marta was able to print out the updated corrected label and track down the driver. I had my package that same day. I don’t know if I would have had the same service if it was one of the big delivery companies.”
“This is the second time one of my amazon orders were supposed to be delivered by this company and once again I have to go through mountains to try to get my package. When you call their number you get placed on hold and then they pick up and hang up on you (I've called 6 times already). I left delivery instructions on my package and even emailed them about it yet theyre always "Unable to deliver my package". The day after, I waited outside the entire time and they didn't even bother coming, they lied and said they attempted to deliver. Emailing them is useless as well, theyre no help. I really wish amazon had an option to choose your delivery service company so that I would never have to choose Lasership.”

“Consistent bad service. Delayed deliveries for no apparent. They will leave packages at business addresses when the business is closed and leave them in plain site where they can and are stolen. Can't believe retailers still use this service!”
“This company obviously steals customers packages. I have been keeping up with their reviews for about a month now for the simple fact that my package allegedly was delivered but never came to my house. They should be completely shut down and put out of business.”
“Horrible company. They had my package for almost a week. Each day I would check the tracking and it would say "out for delivery" but it would never arrive! The tracking info at the end of the day would say "Delivery could not be completed - unable to leave package". I called Lasership daily inquiring about my delivery and was reassured there was no issue and that I would receive my delivery the next day. After this went on for 5 days I called them again and questioned why I was not receiving my package and they told me the driver could not find my house. They asked me for directions which I provided and I was reassured I would receive my delivery next day. Two more days went by and still no delivery and then my package was RETURNED TO SENDER. For starters my house is not difficult to find...UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon all seem to find it without issue. In addition, their customer service is a waste of time. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and once you do they have no idea where your package is and will give you BS excuses and promises.”

“Lasership drivers and dispatchers are inchaoots to deceive and steal from unsuspecting customers. Tracking information is fabricated and inaccurate. This courier service is terrible and gives retailers a bad name. I am livid that my package was lost but even more upset that I was lied to about it. I will not purchase from retailers that use this courier service!”
“Worst delivery service ever and If I could give minus stars I would. I agree with other posters very very lazy drivers. Tracking always reads left at front door and yet pakages are left in driveway or on ground by mailbox on street for anyone to steal. One of the tracking showed delivered at front door and I never received it. Customer Service was of no help. Then package shows up 5 days later still with the original tracking info of wrong date. Today tracking showed delivered in person and it was left at bottom of driveway. Unfortunately I can't pick the shipper so the stores that use them Kohls and Carters will no longer get orders from me. Never had problems with Fedex UPS or Post Office. I guess these guys are cheaper so the stores changed shipper and you get what you pay for - Lost Customers.”
“I live in a apartment building on the 7th floor. We have a intercom for delivery services or anyone to ring up here for me to open the door for them to bring packages up. This company twice has left my items on the floor underneath the key pad. They have the laziest drivers that do not do a very good job in my opinion! If I had not received the e mail saying it was delivered someone else could have picked up what I had ordered. This is the second time this has happened with this company. They also one time said they tried to delivery it but no one was home. I am always home when I know I have a delivery. Worse delivery service ever and if I knew when I ordered something it was coming from them I wouldn't order!”
“This company said they delivered a package on 1/8/2021 at 8:08pm. I was home watching tv within view of the window the driver would have to leave package AND I have a RING camera. There is NO evidence that a package was delivered band yet this company indicated it was. I am out $134 dollars on a highly in demand item I never received.”
“Everything went wrong! My package arrived at their facility on December 31, 2020 @ 4:26am. My tracking information stated that it was to arrive that same day. Today is the 7th of January and still no package. Everyday the tracking information says the expected delivery is that date and it never arrives! Never again am I purchasing from anywhere that uses them as the delivery service! All the reviews that they have I have yet to see a positive one! Will be contacting the news station to put them in blast!”
“My package was never delivered to me. According to the shipping details it was loaded onto the truck, out for delivery and delivered to me within a minute?! It doesn't make sense. If you don't want to deliver packages then don't get a job delivering packages.”
