“These are seriously a pain to get right. I'd rather spend my money on having a professional do it! Just a frustrating process.
Also, the return services totally suck; they don't cover shipping (which was $13) and then charge you a $20 processing fee, and then don't even get your return processed for TWO weeks after they receive it! I am completely unimpressed. It would be one thing if the lashes were so-so, but the sucky customer service really is the part that made me give a one-star. They really need to have a better return policy or something. What a waste of money.”
“The bond both black and clear is sticky and visual to the human eye. I bought both the Bold and Amplify lashes. After watching a plethora of videos, applying the lashes is challenging to do. I’m just going to continue using Latisse and use my own lashes. I spent way too much money only to be disappointed.”

“It's a bit expensive and they only last me a day or two. I probably will not buy again since you need some trial and error to get them right but too expensive of a trial and error”
