“It started off well, but the more lashes I get, the less impressed I am with the quality. Some have arrived looking crimped. The Bold lashes have torn apart getting them out of the cartridge. In addition, the app and website are not user friendly, and details regarding my subscription on the app were simply wrong. Finally, I've sent two messages through to customer service weeks ago and have never received responses. I wanted badly to like the product and company, but my experience has gone downhill fast.”
“I have tried to make this work and it’s been a disaster of a process. A little bit of water makes the adhesive come off and I don’t have time for that issue. Complete waste of time and Money.”

“I was insulted, I received a Damaged package from FedEx, filed a claim, was told by FedEx the claim was going to be sent in the mail and pay to y’all, and the lady in The customer service , with Lash’s sent me an email and said I need to pay shipping and handling to send back the package that FedEx is already paying for and for the shipping and handling it full, because of the damage property!! She advised me ya’lll will not give me my money back, unless I pay shipping and handling again to send back a damage package with tracking number that FedEx is sending out a whole refund for now please explain to me why should I have to pay out of my pocket to send back a package that I spent $11 to have delivered early, That was totally damaged and opened so y’all do not do good business and I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company that ya’ll are trying to get paid by FedEx and you want me to send the package back at my expense , FedEx claim department advise me they’re sending you something in the maill to fully reimburse lashify for my damaged package that was opened!! And if you wanted the package back that y’all would send me a label from y’all for me to send the package back and that I did not have to pay for no shipping and handling to send it back because , Fedex Filed a insurance claim , and approved For y’all to be fully to be reimbursed! “I love the concept. The lashes did not stay on, I am not new to lash extensions or straps so know to have clean lashes and to prep them. They fell of in 1 night. The lashes themselves (while I know they aren't made to be reused) disintegrated when I tried to reapply the next day. I bought more lashes that are reported to be more sturdy but so far I'm concerned that I've invested in a system that won't work for me.”

“I was excited to order lashes from lashify. I received great reviews from friends. When I got my own set I was highly disappointed. I followed the instructions thoroughly. First, the whisper lash bond arrived dried out and I had to get a courtesy replacement tube from the customer service department. Secondly, while removing the lashes with the melt away remover the lashes started to break apart. I take my time and remove them slowly but that has not seemed to help. I am one to take care of things and don't understand why both sets of lashes (i ordered the 12m & 14m) have fallen apart already. I've used them once. This was a waste of $200 and I am very disappointed. I will never purchase from lashify again.”
