Hi Lisa! We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Bold lashes. Our bold gossamers have thicker fibers than our Amplify lashes, to give the look of a volume black mascara look, the feel of the fibers are a going to be a bit different than our Amplify lashes since Amplify does have thinner fibers for a more natural look. However if you like the curl of the Bold style try the Curl lash as they have the same fibers as our Amplify lash! And, if you are looking for more volume try our Fluffy gossamers!

“The 1 star is NOT for the quality of the lashes, but for the way you discriminate against your white customers. I have personally been attacked and called things on your platforms y other customers bc of the color of my skin that would be intolerable if the shoe were on any other foot. You should condemn hate on EVERY level. I am still a customer, but as soon as I can find an alternative to this product with a company that believes in respect and condemns hate, I am out. You can do better.”

Hello! As we explained to you, there is not away for us to currently issue a refund as you have filed a chargeback. When a chargeback is filed, the funds are temporarily removed from our account to instead be placed in your account while the investigation is completed. We also let you know we had contacted Route Shipping insurance to reverse their decision. Which they offered to do. Unfortunately, because the funds are removed via chargeback, we can't issue a refund from Route on top of that.
