“I ordered from Laura Ashley in late March and have received my order in full today. No damages. The products are beautiful. So just wanted to say thanks to them (as a long loyal customer) and to encourage people to still use them. If the company can be saved at all it would be great. Such a shame for the staff if it were to close down.”

“I ordered a coat from Laura Ashley Hull st Andrews quay to collect in store . In the meantime i was mugged and had a lot of injuries. My Husband was going to pick the coat up,when there was a knock at the door, a member of staff called jayne delivered the coat in the pouring rain with chocolates from Laura Ashley. i call this 5 star service. Thank you Laura Ashley and Thank you jayne.”

“Bought a floor lamp from Laura Ashley, faulty unfortunately, the customer service was amazing, no quibble policy. The returned item was collected as it could not be dismantled and a replacement send promptly after being checked. I thank Laura Ashley wonderful staff”
