“I had an issue regarding refund so emailed and had a response within 30 minutes. Amanda was so helpful and reassured me it would be processed the same day Also what fab style they have to offer”

“I had issue about returned items and my refund. As soon as I contacted Lavish Alice regarding my returned items , they were fast and efficient to get my refund sorted as soon as possible I just needed to confirm my order numbers and attach proof of return .. I have full confidence in Lavish Alice and would have no hesitation in ordering from them in future, and no worries if I returned items in getting my full refund . 5star customer service 🌟⭐️”

“Fantastic customer service! Ordered two beautiful dresses from lavish Alice both were true to size and of a high quality. Unfortunately I had to return the first dress but only because it was too long. I received my refund promptly and was kept updated throughout. I got so many compliments on the dress I wore for a wedding. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“They took a while to process my refund but that’s my fault because I should’ve checked the returns policy. Amanda was very helpful and got the refund processed for me early. She even offered a gift card with an extra £30 as a courtesy instead. Overall, the dress I received was beautiful and the service was great.”

“Brilliant customer service and the dresses are beautiful. I bought a fringe dress, however there was a slight unraveling starting on the fringe and lavish Alice had a new dress sent out And received within 24 hours! Thank you.”
