“Really fantastic customer service. I tried to place an order using my student discount code and a free shipping code. It didn’t work, so I emailed customer services who were so quick to get back to me and told me to place the order and I would be refunded the shipping cost. Really pleased with the service.”

“Thanks to Lavish Alice, my 50th birthday celebration is going to FABulous. I ordered one of their stunning cocktail dresses, and sadly it arrived without the obi belt. I was given the devastating news that this major luxury retailer had no more dresses in the U.S.! I took a chance and reached out to the team (including a photo of me in this knockout dress with a temporary belt) and beseeched them to please help me locate the belt. My friends and husband all thought I was crazy for outreaching ot the team, but lo and behold--the team was super responsive and jumped into action. They kept me apprised of their search efforts and once the belt was located they shipped it ACROSS THE POND completely free of charge. To say that I'm beyond thrilled is the understatement of the year. Given the supply chain issues, I just did not know what I would do if I couldn't get the belt to complete my once-in-a-lifestone milestone event. Needless to say, I'm now a fervent Lavish Alice devotee, and I official brand ambassador. They are AMAZING!”

“Purchased the Statement Bow Baby Blue blazer dress, Floral Resort Collection dress and the Sage dress… Can I just say that all dresses are really so beautiful, the quality is amazing! Really love the minimalist luxury style of Lavish Alice! Customer service has also been super amazing, they get back to you really quick regarding any queries or issues you may have! “Great customer service! Amanda Harrison from customer services has been really helpful! I have ordered 3 dresses for my birthday but unfortunately this was just too small but the quality is amazing and the dress is stunning so I contacted customer services and they have replied straight away to sort everything out! I was worried with having no outfit for my birthday but Amanda definitely saved the day and offered me a discount on my new dress! Five star service! Love Lavish Alice”

“Ordered a dress for my partner (which she picked out) I thought it looked great but I’m a man so what do I know. Anyway, dress was returned and I was a little unsure of their refund policy so I mailed the customer support team who got back to me in less than 5 minutes. Top customer support”
