“I unfortunately went over the 14 days return policy due to the death of my Mother in Law. Lavish Alice, were amazing, very understanding, kind and considerate. I really thought that I would be stuck with a dress which was 3 sizes too small but they immediately got back to me and allowed to return and exchange. Thank you.”

“I orderd the dusky rose pants suit for a wedding im attending on the Gold Coast next week, It was a wait of 3.5 weeks due to lack of flights here ect but it arrived yesterday and it is perfect I cant wait to wear it! The material is so luxe and the colour is beautiful.”

“I returned an item that was too big and asked for an exchange. I emailed and received a response very quickly letting me know that my exchange had been processed and would be with me in a couple of days. Really good service”

“I had issues with my Returned items and Klarna chasing me up for payments. Amanda from Lavish Alice managed to sort it all out for me. My refunds were processed, they covered my postage return payments and gave me a discount code for a future purchase. Amanda was quick to respond and action the transactions.”

“I had ordered a dress for my brothers wedding. The dress was gorgeous, great fabric, but it was returned because it was too large. The customer service team( Amanda ) was very helpful and professional. She took the time to explain their policy. Even though that dress did not work I did purchase another. Their clothes are amazing.”
