“I wanted to purchase two dresses as I've just had a baby and was unsure about sizing. I was unsure as to how much the returns from Ireland would be but the customer service team replied offering me vouchers for free returns. What a fantastic service!”

“I had a problem where my dresses were refused from a collection point and returned to sender. The dress I had ordered was out of stock and had just been taken off the website so I was lucky to even get hold of it in the first place. Amanda managed to organise the parcel to be resent out to me once returned to Lavish Alice with the same dresses. Customer service was amazing and I can't thank them enough for sorting this out!”

“I had an issue exchanging my order for a different size with limited time for a wedding. Due to customs and the postage exchange, my order took awhile to reach Lavish Alice but when i contacted them, they were happy to post out the order however, my size was now out of stock. Amanda tracked down my size in another returns order and had it arranged to be posted asap. Would recommend this caring service.”

“Lavish Alice was fantastic with me. My order was running late and I was speaking to a lady called Amanda via email who kept me up to date with things. I was bomb barding her with emails as I was flapping my dress wouldn’t be here in time for my night out. I was able to go and collect from the warehouse. Thank you so much for all your help. Xx”
