“I ordered 3 dresses .delivered quickly perfectly packaged...the blue blazer dress fits perfectly 🥰 lots of compliments really good quality and sizing ...ordered the gold corset one which is fabulous quality i will wear for the races ..I had one to return the process was smooth with great communication ..something for any occasion ..”

“I have never experienced fashion customer service as good as Lavish Alice. They advised if I sent proof of postage they would send out my outfit exchanges, which I thought was great rather than having to wait for the return to be processed etc. Sent them the receipt and received a message not long later to say the items were being sent out on next day delivery. Thank you so much for your kind and quick service, and the product quality is excellent.”

“The quality of material is beautiful, I am beyond happy & impressed. The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. I requested a discount as I had missed the opportunity upon checkout. Within 5 minutes (depending on time difference) I received my discount. Delivery was quick as well. I HIGHLY recommend Lavish Alice! BTW, I usually don't do reviews, but Lavish Alice deserves my accolades and your business. I'm a very happy returning customer, you will be too!”

“Did my first order with Lavish Alice and the dresses were beautiful and fit well. I preferred them to House of Cb and they are cheaper! I did need to send a couple of dresses back because I wanted to pick from a few and the refund did seem to take a while. However when I messaged Amanda she quickly sorted it out. That’s what makes me confident to reorder when the customer service is good and deals with an issue quickly.”
