“Lavish Alice has the best customer service available companied with the best clothes. Each time i order you get value for money and a statement piece that will make you feel and look wonderfull. If there is however something wrong, a mistake, defect or anything. You can always contact customer service and they will do their best to assist you in the best way possible. Thus far i only have possitive things to say about this lovely brand. I each time wish i could buy everything from the new collections and each time find something tailored to my needs. “A friend had recommended Lavish Alice for buying that special dress. I absolutely love the styles as they look very stylish and elegant and contemporary. I had a query prior to purchasing and contacted customer service. They responded very timely and within 24hrs. Really happy Purchase made. Waiting product arrival.”

“I ordered a dress and it was slightly too tight. I was past the returns policy but messaged in the hope that they could help. Customer services were amazing, organised an exchange for the next size up and even sent it next day delivery!! I will definitely be ordering again. Not only are the dresses incredible the customer service team are brilliant! Thank you.”
