“Pretty good customer service. I only put 4 stars because I was looking forward to an exchange but I was not able to get the dress. The pickup from DHL to send the item back was different but I appreciate that it went smoothly. And when I messaged them to update me on the exchange, they got back to me in a few hours and refunded me right away. Not all companies do this with the same efficiency.”

“Great communication and customer service. Emails were answered quickly and efficient when i had a problem with my returns and as a gesture of good will i received a 30% off my next order for the inconvenience. I was reluctant to shop again with Alice Lavish but i now will shop again as my problem was solved in a very professional manner.”

“majority of my dresses are from Lavish Alice - quality, stylish and good price too. Their only fault which needs to be looked into - it's their refund system. They should refund within 5-7 days and not 3 weeks after emails sent. Not good. That's the only thing that let this company down”
