Attended this training centre to complete a 3 day first aid course. On arrival of the first morning I was issued a parking pass, the staff are very warm, polite, and welcoming. The first aid course was delivered to an excellent standard. The first aid trainers was also very welcoming and they delivered the course in a way that everyone understands why you need to do things and it was an overall pleasure attending at Lebretton training centre. I have returned here to do my asbestos awareness course. Overall in my opinion course and staff are worth every penny. Highly successful and recommended.

Trainer Derek was very good, Genuinely had a good day and learned the skill I needed to. he was very informative and engaging with everyone. the course didn't feel rushed and he went into detail where needed. he took the time to answer questions from everyone and made sure we were all clear before moving on. Overall, very satisfied with this service.

Venue was a nightmare to get to and the lunches were very poor. But on a plus the course wasn't bad.

Good course with knowledgable tutor, however, as with the vast majority of courses, it was dragged out for way too long and probably could have been completed within a day or two.

Thank you for your comments regarding the duration of the course. The topics covered on the SMSTS courses are varied and include undertaking suitable risk assessments for construction sites, scaffolding, electricity, fire safety, confined spaces, the Health & Safety at work act, CDM Regs, method statements, demolition and accepted working practises in the construction environment amongst many other subjects. The learners are required to partake in group sessions as well as take core exercise homework away with them to complete at home. The duration of the course therefore is set as such to enable each learner sufficient time to complete all that is required. Regards Rachael Henson, National Training Manager, LeBreton Services Ltd.
