“I was asked to give my availability when I said I was not available for a particular week, the staff had issues they did not like me working with other agencies, they just wanted me to work mostly for them. They were not happy so they sacked me one of the worst agency a few staff are one of the worst pressurising you into accepting work.”

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your comments which are very important to us. We apologise if you felt the Tutor was not at his best and will take this on board. With regards to the re-test we have to abide by the CITB scheme rules that are clear in stating a re-test should not be undertaken if the delegate falls below the required percentage for a pass. In order not to put the delegate at a disadvantage it is always best for a little more revision to be done before a re-sit to help ensure a pass for the next time.
