“Lead Forensics provides us with valuable hidden data across a number of key areas: - We can see who is engaging with online content but not form filling and identify if they are prospects, customers or partners. - We can equate the success of specific channels and how well our communications are working. - We can identify spikes in customer interactions and reach out to them in a timely manner. - We can identify problem areas in web content, landing pages and forms so that action can be taken to improve performance. Overall the tool is extremely helpful. Sales, marketing and customer success functions are fully invested in using it and are seeing great results. The Lead Forensics team are also very helpful and fully commited to customers getting the best from their solution.”

“Having used LF at my previous company, and knowing the results it achieved I was really happy to introduce LF to my new company. “When you are in Marketing, It all comes down to driving leads and our Lead Forensics program does that! We have leveraged an integration with our CRM and MailChimp software to continue marketing to visitors. And the most powerful piece is our sales team gets a report every morning that they reach out to buyers who are in the middle of their discovery process. Our Success Manager does a great job making sure we are getting the best benefit. Yes, Lead Forensics was an investment of time and money into our lead strategy but it was well worth it!”

“The whole process from the initial sales call all the way through to onboarding has been brilliant with Lead Forensics. I found the sales man Oliver excellent, he was professional and articulate and explained the benefits of the service. Then the handover to onboarding with Tom was very smooth and by far the best onboarding process I have been through with any product or service. The platform itself is excellent and within a week we are starting to see huge benefits with 2 of our leads.”
