“Lead Forensics has become one of our favorite tools in the lead generation tool kit. The information in Lead Foreniscs is like gold to our sales team and we love that it easily connects to our CRM for lead tracking. “It has given us more insight on which industries our looking at our products, giving us new avenues to pursue when sending leads and information to our sales team. The onboarding process by Seth Collins was very informative and he answered all our questions quickly, making it very simple to get up and running in a short amount of time. “I had never heard or used of Lead Forensics before my current role, and not only was I surprised by it's power but also the service we've received so far. Extremely helpful, not at all pushy with sales or upgrading our service, but supportive and even with the introduction of a 3rd party app and the support we've been given has been great as well! “Been using Lead Forensics for our commercial vehicle business for just over 9 months now - it's safe to say the ROI has been fantastic from the platform! Its allowed us to really capitalise on the huge amount of traffic visiting our website that doesn't place an enquiry, i.e over 96% of visitors! The support from the team at LF has been second to none, especially from our account manager Drew, who does monthly catchup calls with us.”

“We've been using Lead Forensics for a couple of years and find the information extremely useful as a business. The detailed visibility of visitors and their journey through our website provides a huge amount of data that helps us to see what works and what needs to be tweaked. We have used the LF system to build a growing database of companies that have actually expressed an interest in our products, developed an ongoing contact plan and also use the data for direct sales follow ups which has resulted in new customers, genuine new business and turnover. I have always been impressed with the enthusiasm of the aftersales service team who regularly review progress and help to optimise our use of the service. Very happy to recommend!”
