“I initially thought Lead Forensics would simply be a slightly more detailed version of Google Analytics — but it’s far more than that. I was looking for something that could give me better insight into who was actually visiting our website, and it certainly delivers. The depth and quality of the data is highly effective and gives real, actionable intelligence rather than just traffic numbers and bounce rates. What really sets Lead Forensics apart, though, is the human element. You’re assigned an advisor and can have regular meetings with them. They don’t just run through reports — they share experiences, offer practical tips, and help you think differently about how to approach prospects. That guidance has been genuinely valuable. It’s always good when a service delivers a little bit more than you expect. In this case, I’ve got a lot more, and that’s made a real difference to how we approach new business.”
