“We strive to direct our communications to our website to support SEO and lead generation. However, we didn't have the ability to react to any engagement which occurred as a result of our communication efforts. Lead Forensics has given us that insight and an ability to start conversations with companies who are interested in our services. The filters, real time alerts and reports help us to define our target audience and have meaningful, relevant discussions as part of the sales cycle. The only issues”

“Lead Forensics provides us with valuable hidden data across a number of key areas: - We can see who is engaging with online content but not form filling and identify if they are prospects, customers or partners. - We can equate the success of specific channels and how well our communications are working. - We can identify spikes in customer interactions and reach out to them in a timely manner. - We can identify problem areas in web content, landing pages and forms so that action can be taken to improve performance. Overall the tool is extremely helpful. Sales, marketing and customer success functions are fully invested in using it and are seeing great results. The Lead Forensics team are also very helpful and fully commited to customers getting the best from their solution.”

“Having used LF at my previous company, and knowing the results it achieved I was really happy to introduce LF to my new company. Our traffic is relatively low so we perhaps haven't utilised the platform as much as some larger businesses would. I find the regular account check ins form the team really useful with actionable insights.”
