“Very unprofessional and unethical company. Quality of products do not match the prices. My sister received an item with a defective zip, but the owner refused to exchange it with a new piece, citing that the item will be out of stock by then (why they cannot reserve item for my sister even though the poor quality of the received piece was not my fault?) and then told her that this quality is to be expected for fast fashion. Basically owner is saying the items she is selling is as good as fast fashion (ie poor quality), but she is still charging upmarket prices for them! Owner is also very unprofessional and rude. Despite my sister being patient and explaining nicely, the owner still became very defensive and offered all sorts of excuses without offering any feasible solution. Please do not shop from this brand and patronise other local brands that actually take pride in the quality of their clothing, because they actually design and create the clothing they sell. This brand is not it. I would give 0 star if I could.”

“Had the worst online buying experience with Lechic. The product measurement didnt match description and management was very defensive and even ask me if my tape measure is off as if its the first time i am using or buying clothes online. I agree with other review that the “customer service “ is very defensive and poor attitude . Other user on carousell also shared her negative experience and also decided to forgo the vouchers or exchange to avoid another negative experience / toxic exchange. Avoid buying from them!”
“They mistakenly sent wrong item but customer has to send back the wrong item at own arrangement at their capped at $4. They are quite responsive to reply email at early morning like 2am and subsequently on sunday afternoon. When asked more about the courier information, they refused to reply and prompted me autoreply that only reply during business hours.........they replied at 7am, lol. Very very rude and defensive team, dont buy from them. Asked about contact information for courier arrangement, refused to provide. Very unprofessional way to handle their customer. We cant leave any reviews on their social media because they know well about their own business practices are really bad. SHAME ON YOU LECHIC MANAGEMENT AND TEAM.”
