“Like most people who need a quality torch, I use my torch for voluntary Blood Bike use and Event Medical work but my current (not cheap one failed to live up to the hype) and yes I did ended up with an infra copy which went on to fail on me when I needed it , hence I didn't want to make same the mistake again. I contacted my local Go Outdoors Store who had hardly any torches of any make in stock but the assistant suggested I contact LedLenser Store direct and following the BBC Fake Britain episode highlighting the copy cat variants, I wasn't going to just Google a replacement. Therefore I contacted Ledlenser Store Direct and ordered the complete package for the torch I thought I wanted to replace my failed "copy" . I then saw another option within the range and contacted Rachel from their Customer Services Department to see if it was possible to change my order. There wasn't a problem and the kit arrived via Royal Mail am the next day. Quality is chalk and cheese comparing the two products and the Customer Service is excellent. Will use this portal as my one stop shop for my torches in the future.”

“My M14X torch arrived on Saturday after ordering at 11pm on the Thursday! Excellent service and a free P5E torch which will now replace my old P3 which I keep in my pocket at all times. Will not hesitate to buy from you again. Chris”

“I took my LED Lenser H7 2 to the Amazon jungle for 6 months. I cannot recommend it enough. The light was bright and very easy to adjust in brightness and beam size, which was especially useful for night-time surveys. I hardly had to change the batteries, especially compared to my collegues using other headtorches. The headtorch held up fabulously in the humidity; I didn't ever leave it in silica gel yet I didn't have problems with it breaking. My only complaint is the weight of it on the ears, after several hours (7+) my ears would get sore, as there wasn't an over-head strap to take off some of the weight.”

“I purchased a headtorchyesterday after reading and talking to someonewho had the model of which i was intrested in,iread the blerb on the front page which stated that spend more than £30 for free delivery then when i order said torch I'm charged for delivery ,so whats that about then?.I wrote a email to you last nightmentioning this. Then i notice the housename was wrong on the order so i emailed again to mention this.I have not as yet rreceived the torch thats if i ever do due to address been wrong. Hense the poor score, hope things turn out right soon. yours sincerely D SMITH Ps everything has now been sorted so I'm more than happy to up my ratings yours sincerely D SMITH”
