“LedLenser got a spare rechargeable battery pack for my head torch out to me in two short days. I live in a remote area in Ireland and use my head torch every night in the care of my old pet cattle. I cannot afford to not have the torch charged so having the spare battery has made all the difference. My request to send it by post was carried out, so no missed calls from delivery services. Thanks LedLenser - really great service.”

“I have reviewed many LED Torches on-line before making my decision to purchase a LEDLENSER. I required a premium product. The product arrived the following day after I placed my order. You can tell straight away that this is a beautifully designed product using the best materials. The user manuals are very detailed but clear and concise. I decided to purchase this directly from LEDLENSER an authorised retailer. This decision was two-fold. Firstly, your are guaranteed great service and secondly and more importantly these products can be found on the internet cheaper. However, be VERY CAREFUL these products are being copied and there are many fakes on the internet. If your are prepared to spend the extra for a premium product it's not worth taking the risk and saving £10!!. In summary, if you want a great premium product that offers value for money this is the one to buy.”

“I phoned the store to ask several technical, product (LED LENSER torches) related, questions before making a final decision on whether to buy and if so which product. The guy who dealt with me didn't know the answers to my questions 'off the top of his head' but was very happy to look up the various specifications on his system and provide me with a decent level of technical answers. Not as good as the manufacturer's knowledge but very good for a retailer. I subsequently purchased a 'LED LENSER M7R' torch and pouch and although I chose the free shipping option I still received the product in just 2 days! Well done Ledlenser-store. Too early to rate the torch but as I own several of the LED LENSER products, I have no doubt about both the quality of the product and also of the backup service. As for LED Lenser Store, great service and I would definitely use them again.”

“Having watched a recent TV programme highlighting copied fake torches, I decided to purchase direct from the Led Lenser store. The ordered torch arrived promptly and initial inspection seems very good although I reserve final judgement until after Xmas as the order is a present,! My only concern is the head office for Led Lenser only has email and fax with no telephone number to be found which isn't very reassuring ?”

“I needed a good torch to look down tunnels for cabling,got tired of usual dim light on the ones I kept buying,heard about led lender so I bought the FM1 torch,absolutely brilliant,super brightness goes on forever,solid metal casing and surprisingly small,but what a superb output,would recommend one of these to anyone who needs a decent torch,so throw yours away and buy a led lenser torch well worth that bit more money.”

“I have been using two MagLites for a number of years and have found them to be fairly useful. Having been recommended to try a LEDLenser T7.2, i looked into them and decided to buy one. WOW, what a difference, I had been using the previous torches for a variety of uses, but for my current main use (Light Painting in Photography) there is absolutely NO comparison!!! The level of illumination, and much better colour is just amazing. The handling of the torch is excellent, as is the ability to control the amount of available light and accurate focussing. As you may be able to tell, I'm really pleased with my new torch.”

“Very pleased with the product. Ordered it using the standard delivery (as opposed to paying extra for next day or express) and it still arrived within 3 days. Product was cheaper (even with p&p) than visiting the local department store which specialises in "outdoor pursuits" for a comparible product.”

“My third LedLenser torch; this is for carrying around in a jacket pocket. Ever so smart and will replace an even smaller one which had the switch on the side and kept getting switched on accidentally and the batteries going flat; so this design is more suitable. Pen clip was difficult to attach but now it is in place it is certainly not going anywhere. Prompt delivery, ta.”
