“Although the website can be a little difficult to navigate (e.g. registering a product for warranty) the products are good quality and I am pleased with my purchase. One negative however, is the plastic packaging (especially on the H5). Which was very difficult to open and I ended up cutting my finger on a sharp plastic edge.”

“I previously had a P7.2 torch which somebody annoyingly lost. I really rated that torch so decided to get another. When browsing the selection i decided to go for the M7R model, with rechargeable battery. I am so far very happy with the purchase and the storage box it came with. The torch was delivered promptly and the service provided by LEDLenser is perfect.”

“The best torch I have ever owned, and I have purchased many in my life mainly in the States. This LedLenser is so well made.economical to run and unbelievably reliable. “Some years back now my wife purchased a very nice "car Lenser rechargeable torch" that fitted nicely in my car and when needed produced a really powerful light. Unfortunately the type of rechargeable batteries it used are no longer available so I have been forced to purchase a new Lenser torch to replace it,I hope it will be as good,the old one is now just so much rubbish,great pity. Just received my new torch!!!!!! rubbish !!!!!! You require Two hands to turn it on/off (!) and if it is wet or your hands are you really have a problem,what on earth was wrong with a push button???? Do NOT recommend at all.”

“I have had my torch for about 5 years and it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer services with not too much hope of a fix, but I thought worth a try. They not only fixed it, but also supplied the part free of charge. Very impressive customer service.”
