“I like the torch, the weight of the torch and the brightness - however, I bought it to use whilst out walking my dog... So far it has had 4 new batteries; the burn time said 5 hours, I appreciate this but it is a pain changing the battery every week not really fit for my purpose...”

“I ordered an LED Lenser SEO 7R rechargeable head torch as a present for my husband. I have one and its power is amazing. We live out in the sticks and use them for dog walking. We would never use anything other than LED Lenser now. The head torch arrived very quickly indeed so a fantastic service too. Thank you!”

“I work as a car breakdown mechanic and night fish often so need a good light and being used so often they have to be rugged and reliable. I have owned three different ledlenser head torches, my first was the H7r which was very good for its size and weight which I unfortunately lost after a year of flawless use and abuse. I replaced it with the H7r2 which I still have and use almost daily and find this head torch to be perfect for my work with cars at night and outdoors and very good for my night fishing with a good flood light for close work and reach on the spotlight focus, there is one feature on this that I dislike and that is how easy it is to accidentally turn the rear red light on but this is more of a personal niggle than actual fault with a head torch I have recommended to friends and family. I now night fish from a boat so at times require a further reaching light so have just purchased the XEO19R and am excited to get it out on the water and see what it can do but from a few years of hard use of different ledlenser head torches I'm not worried about the quality”

“Very difficult to get the packaging off, and then we had to struggle with lengths of wire. The batteries for the small torch are almost impossible to fit, and now there is nowhere to turn it on! Dozens of little pieces of paper with various bits of useless info fluttered like confetti round the room and the whole process is frustrating. Why make the print so small we had to employ a microscope to read? Why packaging one has to employ a Stanley knife for? In total exhaustion I feel like lobbing the whole caboodle into the bin. CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. EASY PACKAGING. PLEASE!!!”

“I am looking forward very much to receiving my torch. I was however disappointed to it on offer at 20% less a day after it was dispatched. I do realise that prices change just my luck. I have a P7 which I use on my 999 response duties cuts through the darkness brilliantly. This was provided as a replacement by led lens or when I unwittingly bought a fake elsewhere. From reports I am confident that the new torch will be a shining light.”

“Placed my first order before Christmas, but stupidly ordered the wrong part. I made contact with customers service to explain the situation who were most helpful. they cancelled the incorrect item and placed the correct item on notice for me as it was out of stock at the time, I was sent the item straight away when the stock levels in store were replenished. Very good company to do business with and have already placed an order with them again. Jim from Nottinghamshire.”

“My XEO 19R .......... is GREAT !!! Long battery life, night becomes day, best lamp I have bought. I Highly recommend this product. Lots of fixing adaptors come with it too. :-)”

“What a pleasure to deal with a company like this. I had a problem with my torch but had no idea of when we bought it or from which outlet and yet LedLenser offered to replace the faulty part without the slightest quibble. If only more companies would behave like this!”
