“I was not sure what to buy, a young lady answered the phone and said she was a temp, all staff were busy on the phones but would ring me back. Ten minutes and they did, sorted me out posted same day arrived next morning. Fab customer service and a knowledge of their product range. Very happy 10/10. Well done great experience. “As a 62 old I like fishing and walking. A few years ago my family bought me a HR14R2, and I then found I had a faulty battery. I replaced the battery, and then this year I had a need to use it, only to find the battery was u.s. I then tried to order a new one, only to find that they are discontinued and no I have a lamp which cost £80-90 pound and cannot use. WONDER WHY led lenser didn't inform customers that the were due to be replaced. This with faulty batteries, in summary a very disappointing episode which I will not be repeating.”

“I have been a customer for a long time from the store, but it's the first time that I've bought a LED lenser from them (this store). As allways buying from them is a piece of cake; on line knowing that I am getting a good deal. I received the kit a P5.2 very quickly as promised! The packaging was superb and the service also. I wanted a 'small' hand sized but powerful 'pocket' torch! This is all I need and it fills the bill completely and is an Awesome bit of kit!”

“Just received my T7.2 and I'm impressed, it's very well made (German after all) and has excellent performance. The only criticism I have is the round shape of the body allows it to roll off the table if not careful.”

“I bought the ledlenser mt14.Its a wonderfull torch in everyway.Top quality.More than I expected,worth every penny.It has a small down side,the button feels a bit cheap when you press it(it touches the the sides when you press it and has a strange sensation) and would be great if it could make it watter proof not just splash proof.Otherwise very very pleased with it and the store service!”

“This is the third time dealing with this company. l could have bought a bit cheaper from eBay but that would be taking a gamble. Buying from Ledlenser is guaranteed good service and a real product, not any chance of cheap Chinese rubbish. I would not think of buying a torch from anyone else”

“I bought this torch for my wife. We live in what is termed a 'dark village' no street lighting of any sort, so a torch is essential on winter nights. The power of the beam is fantastic, very sturdy but small enough for a handbag!! Not too heavy either. I admit it seems a bit confusing at first the various clicks for various functions! But I soon got the hang of it. I am sure my wife will only ever need one function though. Time will tell”
