“Unfortunately the head torch didn't work. A call to the Company was all that was needed to get the process going for the item to be returned. A refund was quickly processed. Shame about the product, but full marks for the Company's help and response.”

“Required a new rechargeable battery unit for my head lamp, I looked at the usual places on the web for a good deal and it has to be said that Ledlenser-store.co.uk was by far the best. A genuine part with next day delivery cheaper than some sites were selling just a cheap Chinese copy that would have failed after a couple of charges. Ordering was easy and it did arrive the very next day, very pleased.”

“Having found my trusty HR7.2 stopped working. a simple check of the serial No by email confirmed it was still under the 5 year warranty, Sent it back with no receipt and received a new one within days, Excellent service and no quibble, Would thoroughly recommend this product.”

“I was looking for a replacement for my old LED P7 torch which I have had for years. I chose the M14 as it is well priced and better than my old torch. The beam is unbelievable and the fact it's water resistant makes it even better.”

“The head-torch was purchased for my partner to use when laying some insulation in an area of the loft which is dimly lit. Following the initial use I can report that my partner is very pleased with the torch and how much easier it made the job. I was very impressed with the speedy delivery service offered by the Company and would certainly buy from them again.”
