“I so far have only ordered a battery pack for my led lenser head torch but after it was not delivered for over 5 days I contacted Sophie at led lenser and she sent me out a battery pack and promised it would be with me before 1pm the next day and it was and I was suitably impressed by her actions and also I am dealing with led lenser as I need them to look at both my led lenser head torches at the repair centre and whoever I deal with regarding this matter I am dealt with in a extremely courteous and professional manner and for that alone I give led lenser 5 stars for customer service and when the products I purchase are working as they should I also award the products 5 stars and would not purchase my head torches or hand held torches anywhere else. Superb”

“The recipients of the torches were all very pleased. I was happy with the quality and finish, though a little surpised at how small the torches actually were - perhaps a picture showing something to enable the viewer to appreciate the actual size would be helpful (like a finger for the particularly small torches). The light is very bright and the torches are actually very easy to carry around on a lanyard.”

“Too bright when on charge. There are too many over bright LED lights on the road in our world already on cars. Fine if you are driving to help you see safely but not helpful if you are on the receiving end and dazzled. LED Headlights on 4X4s are that much worse and the more intimidating too. Hence why older people don't drive at night and why your bright blue charging light is too bright. I have to put a cloth over it in the car to stop it dazzling me at night when on charge. Our eyes are so sensitive. More is often not more! Your customer. Simon Smedley”

“I have no complaints with the performance and brightness of the P3 and the on/off switch is very positive when pressing it to engage the permanent on mode but the switch button is very sensative and the torch will flash on and off at the slightest touch in which I interprate as the signalling mode. This is not good news when carried in a pocket or in a bag with other items. I would give it 4/5.”

“As an ex servicewoman and now retired police constable, I have used my torches , some issued and some I have purchased myself. I with out doubt would state these are the very best. They are robust, and give great illumination I would say they are a must for anyone who has need for a fantastic product. The torches came well packaged, easy to work, robust. The web site is clear with product description. I had a small torch engraved .. beautiful. Thank you . I will be buying again.”
