“I got three pairs of shoes (Pavers) discounted in the sale and three reduced Regatta tops. The assistants were very helpful indeed, especially the lady on the checkout who speedily completed my loyalty card application. Had an absolutely super lunch in the Mezz Cafe and as a vegan I was offered 4 reasonably priced choices for main course in addition to chips, baked potato and salad. The chef is really making an effort and it’s worth popping in just for lunch if you’re vegan. Delicious. Special shout out to helpful staff, one of which was on her first day, Sue and Carol, for being especially helpful and non judgemental. Spotless store, well laid out and clean toilets.”

“We picked a front door with the help of Johnathan Briggs from the Hereford site. His input was very helpful. We had our stunning front door fitted by Chris and Luke for whom nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, cheery and tided up as they went. They pointed out a flaw in the side panel glass which they came and replaced a week later. Excellent representatives for Leekes.”

“I dealt with the Kitchen Department, member of staff James Brannigan. He provided excellent advice and designed a top class kitchen which we will having fitted shortly. The advice and support were very professional; changes and queries were dealt with promptly and with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly commend the service; if you're looking for a good quality kitchen I recommend Leekes.”

“Our new kitchen supplied by Leekes of Melksham has recently been installed. Throughout the process of selection, ordering, design details and installation the Leekes kitchen consultant, Clare Dutton, was very informative, helpful and provided a professional service. We have been very satisfied with the service and recommend any future customers for kitchens to work with Clare”

“Leeks of Talbot Green designed, delivered, fitted and commissioned our kitchen recently and we are giving 5 stars because from inception to completion all went well. Thanks to our designer Nick Hancock and facilitator Elaine Hillier we are now enjoying a modern, bespoke and well stocked facility.”

“Hi Have just had our bathroom designed by Amanda who understood what it was we wanted and fitted and tiled by Gwyn. Fantastic job looks amazing in fact so good we are booking to have en-suite revamped as well. Have to say all staff at Crosshands store are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble, . Service fantastic.”

“I would give 5 stars to the Bathroom design service at Leekes Crosshands store. Amanda Thomas has designed a fabulous bathroom, toilet & hall revamp for us, and worked hard to find quality fittings within our budget. Amanda's professional approach, attention to detail, & sound advice has guided us through the best options not only to meet our family's current needs but ,(as we are of a certain age!) she has also made really helpful suggestions to help future -proof the design for us.”

“My experience at the 'Leeks Llantrisant' store was absolutely amazing. Our first introduction was to meet one of the sales staff in the furniture department, his name is BABAK and he proved to very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He not only helped us choose furniture of high quality but more so furniture that would suit our needs and pocket. Thanks must also go to his manager TONY manager for ensuring our service in all departments was of a similar high standard. It didn't end there BABAK then further enhanced our shopping experience by introducing us to members of staff in other departments who helped in similar ways JOYCE in the carpet department and BEV in soft furnishings. Thank you all for a wonderful shopping experience, we will be back !! Alun and Ann Price”

“I called at leeks llantrisant for lights for my lounge. The lady who served me was named Michelle, she was very pleasant and helpful and very knowlegable regarding all the products available. It was enjoyable to be assisted by someone who cared about the customer experience. I will definitely call there again”

“Last April we had a conservatory fitted by Leekes of Crosshands. Oliver Davies designed our conservatory, he did a brilliant job, we are so pleased with it. The different teams who came to build it were polite and friendly and tidied up at the end of each day. It was completed within a month to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.”

“When we ordered our furniture we were told it probably wouldn’t be available until after Christmas. We took delivery on 15th December and are delighted with it. The delivery Men Mike and Jay were so helpful and friendly they are a credit to Leekes Company.”

“On recommendation from friends, we recently visited Leekes in pontyclun. We had a kitchen designed by Jon Chater. We were very impressed with his knowledge, welcoming and non pushy attitude and enthusiasm for the kitchen he designed! He gave us a complete transformation and gave some good ideas. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the kitchen refit as the overall cost of the job was something we hadn’t expected! We do plan to revisit in the new year and have no doubt about going back to jon at Leeks.”

“Excellent customer service and they have good deals . I bought a Bosch steam generator iron but when it arrived, I couldn't keep it because I noted then that the water canister was undetachable , you need to lift the whole kit to fill with water. I phoned Leekes asking to return it. I was able to do so without any hustles . Was easy to get in touch with Customer services and they gave me clear instructions with what to do next.”
