Purchased a corner sofa and chair chose the soft thick cushions as thought they would be comfortable and hard wearing but after only two months they are looking very tired I have e mailed to complain but customer service were very unhelpful and quite rude they just said you have to dress them every time you sit on them and alternate the cushions as this is how the soft cushions are I won’t be shopping here again used to be quality but not anymore very disappointed expensive and look cheap

Avoid this Company. We chose Leekes to install a conservatory for us. From signing the Contract it took a year for the project to be finished. After Planning was approved we were told that they had underestimated the amount of groundworks required and they wanted to increase the price. We refused and after a delay work eventually started. However from then on the project was a catalogue of problems, a total lack of communication, tradesmen not turning up, jobs not being carried out to an acceptable standard, and delays in getting substandard work rectified. To cap it all minor damage was caused to our drive. It took a new Installation Manager two months or so to tie up the outstanding work. Although we are pleased with the final product we have accepted that some finishes are not as one would expect of a reputable company.

Ordered a patio set on Easter Monday, promised delivery in 4-6 weeks After 8 weeks we still had no idea when we would get it ,they even offered us the table and chairs which the table had no top We ended up getting our money back and ordered it online 10% cheaper and was delivered 2 days later complete

Got so fed up looking around this store today. Was constantly being followed around by Sales staff keep pestering for a sale, making comments about almost everything we looked at. We repeatedly said very politely we were just browsing and no thank you we did not need any assistance. Continually felt harassed, even discussions between my husband and myself had sales staff chipping in!! I was beginning to get cross with this harassment so we decided to go for coffee and have a chat in private about potential purchases. Unfortunately the cafe had no coffee machine working and were selling Filter Coffee, which would have been fine if you could actually taste any coffee, it was weak, watery and tasted awful, I left mine. Filter coffee is fine if you make it properly. As it was not a pleasant experience at Leekes today we decided to go home without ordering the new carpet for the whole house or the three piece suite. We can purchase both branded items with another retailer and hopefully enjoy the experience.

Initially the sale went very well, only 12 week wait, finally had to ring to find out where the sofas were to be told there is a delay

Recently had a conservatory built. Had to guess what was happening and when as nobody from Leekes would let us on a daily/weekly basis. Pleased with end result but extremely painful getting there. Would I recommend Leekes - NO

Ordered £8K of double gazing. We found the installation manager rude to my wife when he turned up at the house with the fitters after we had complained about the quality of the fitting. He also sent me a fairly agressive email at the time of the complaint which I then phoned him to express my disspleasure of his tone. The making good around the windows was poor all previous DG I have had fitted would use a professional plaster to plaster around the sides. Leekes used the window fitters to do this, who tried to do their best. We had four windows fitted with vents, the vents are huge and look like something out of the 70's, two large screws can be seen through the vents. Never come across this before. The wrong door handle was fitted to one of the doors, they have been three times now to replace it, bringing the wrong handle every time. Fitters were excellent trying to help, the surveyor and the salesman were also good. The rest of the staff were rude and aggressive

Conservatory Roof Replacement In April 2016 we discussed replacing our glass conservatory roof with a new hi-tech super-insulated, tile-effect solution offered by Leekes of Melksham. We agreed a price without quibbling of just under £15k because we trusted Leekes to look after us. The new roof (UltraRoof 380) is made by UltraFrame. We were told the whole project would take 4-5days. In fact, it took 97 days. I pointed out that problems with leaking gutters were a major factor in wanting a new roof. Work started on 13SEP16 by removing the glass roof and that afternoon, heavy thunderstorms poured rain into the conservatory, unprotected by the promised temporary roof that never materialised. A new aluminium box gutter was fitted replacing the very similar existing one, except this new one leaked rainwater that poured in through the newly plastered ceiling after the first heavy shower. Other leaks that appeared in the guttering were ‘sealed’ with silicone and aluminium sticky tape. (It shouldn’t leak in the first place!) The roof could not be finished because UltraFrame continually sent poorly finished parts that did not fit my building no less than 4 times in over 3 months. It seems no-one had bothered to make a 3D technical drawing of my conservatory to design parts that would fit. Eventually, off-the-shelf parts were modified on site by the Leekes fitter to make the design work. To make matters worse, I was dragged by Leekes into an argument with the manufacturers who obdurately refused to acknowledge any problems with their ‘design’. Leekes fitters were very good. They were tidy, polite and worked hard to achieve the best they could with sub-standard components – and they turned up when they said they would. Leekes management however were very disappointing in how they handled this over-selling and under-delivering and with the troubled installation of the so-called ‘hi-tech’ product. At no point did I feel they had my interests, as the customer, at heart. They were very protective of the manufacturer whose product I rate as poor and were mostly concerned with squeezing every penny from this venture by using the small print on the contract. The Operations Manager took over 5 weeks to reply to my letter of complaint. Had it not been for the excellent advice from Trading Standards I don’t believe Leekes would have offered any compensation whatsoever.

We purchased a door and glazing. Incorrect survey, poor levels of contact regarding visits and the staff at Head Office have an attitude problem. The sales staff and fitters were fine though.

I am so disgruntled and disappointed with the Leekes Store. I purchased a dinner table set on 03-01-2015 and paid the full price for it. I also purchased another smaller table and the after care 5 year cover worth £120. Due to circumstances beyond my control I have had to cancel the order on 09/01/2014 at which point I was informed by store manager Jon, from the Coventry store that I will incur a charge- 20% of the final amount on the receipt which is £1033.00. I pointed out that the goods had not been delivered yet and he told me that the goods could be ready for delivery on 10/01/2015 but I told him that the earliest delivery date was 13/01/2015 at which point he said they could charge me for more - even the storage as this was outside the 5day window. I feel that this is grossly I unfair trading as the cancellation/cooling off period is only 5days unlike and other stores which are 7, 14, 21, 28 days. According to Jon, the 20% cancellation will cover the delivery charge even though the goods have not been delivered and the after care cover which has not even commenced.The goods were due to be delivered on 14/01/2014. I feel this is day- light robbery as I have to lose my hard earned cash amounting to £206 for the goods that I didn't even receive. I didn't sign any contract to say I agree with their terms and conditions. I must admit, I liked a lot of their products and their quality. I was hoping to do some future shopping at their stores but following this experience will not be setting my foot to any of their stores again.

This is a daylight robbery. As I liked other products in the store I was hoping to do some future shopping there but with this experience I don't think I'll be setting my foot there again.
