"I placed an order for a Denby set.\r\n\r\nThe first parcel was Apparently delivered by Parcelforce and left in a safe location (my front garden In view of everyone) I go to check and it\u2019s not there. (This is not Leekes fault)\r\n\r\nHowever!!!\r\n\r\nI make contact with Leekes via email as unfortunately they don\u2019t have anyone covering Their phone lines.\r\nI get a reply 48 hours after sending my first email from a lady called Karen, telling me that they will send a replacement set out . But then felt the need to say in the email ( I\u2019m Surprised that leaving it on the front garden is not a safe place) I feel like Karen was trying to get a dig in.\r\nKaren\u2019s job isn\u2019t to advice or give an opinion on what is and what isn\u2019t a safe place when I never asked for her opinion.\r\n\r\nSo the second parcel arrives from Parcelforce 3 days after they had it (again not Leekes fault) it wasn\u2019t for a friend who works at Parcelforce I\u2019d still be waiting on my parcel)\r\n\r\nSo I open the box to find one of the bowls chipped !! I have emailed Karen twice now to raise this and I\u2019ve yet to receive a response!!\r\n\r\nThis is possibly one of the worst experience I have had as a customer both with Leekes and Parcelforce.\r\n\r\nAll I want is my replacement bowl or my money back so I can shop else where !\r\n\r\nPlease tell Karen to email me back . \r\n\r\nAndrew prime\r\n"
