“We came into Leekes store prior to Christmas and was very impressed with the range of furniture. After looking around the shop we decided upon a range of furniture that my husband and I both liked. We decided to wait until after Christmas to order and came back to the store beginning of January. The sales gentleman Steve James approached us and offered any help or guidance. He was very helpful but gave us space. When we needed assistance he was very informative and we placed the order with him. We placed a further order through Steve who honoured a good price.

The first helped us with the purchase of a Christmas Tree and, as it was the last in stock and didn't have a box, helpfully took it down (showing me how it went together) wrapped it up for us and suggested buying a Storage Box from another store. We then went onto the furniture department and was served by Maria who helped us with measurements and the covering for a setee, explaining to us about delivery and care of new furniture. A very successful visit.”

I had been house bound due to recent surgery so they worked around me, also to be mentioned is Michael (manager) from the customer service and delivery department who helped me along the way.
