“I had so many problems with Royal Mail because they didn’t fulfill their side, I ordered my boots 24 hour tracked, but they didn’t turn up until nearly a week later. However, I contacted Joe from Legend footwear, and he was brilliant, supportive, helpful and prompt with his replies to me, as I was quite concerned about the length of time. To reiterate, my boots were sent as soon as I ordered them, but Royal Mail were the ones at fault, not Legend.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes as I did not know what size I wanted. Both pairs arrived within two days, well packaged and as ordered. They were the most competitively priced I could find for the model (Saucony Triumph 19s). The return process was easy and the postage was free which I did not expect - an added bonus, I would have been happy to pay the return postage as I knew in advance one pair would be returned. So overall a great experience and I shall not hesitate to use Legend Footwear again.”
