“Although the boots did not fit, the customer service was exceptional. I needed to send them back quickly and the online link was not working, but the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and quick to send me a QR code. The refund was processed very quickly. Gutted the boots did not fit, but I can highly recommend Legend Footwear.”
