“Ordered an ecco slider .. supposedly 48 hour delivery. Well over a week later git the survey to complete which prompted me to chase .. Don't believe they had in stock in first place. . Yes you will get full refund , but sone online companies advertise stock they haven't got and churn in the hope some sakes stick .”

We advise buyers to contact us if they do not receive the item within the estimated delivery date. Buyers can also track their shipments using the tracking number provided for the shipment. The customer only contacted us after they received an email 2 weeks later to leave feedback about our product. In this case, as the shipment was not delivered to the buyer we refunded the order in full and contacted the courier company, and filled in a courier claim.
