“I placed an order with Legend shoes and they were despatched very quickly indeed. Unfortunately the shoes did not suit and had to be returned. The service was impressive and I was kept up to date throughout the returns process.”

“Legend footwear is great. Good customer service response. Only thing is, i was sold a returned item that has quality issue. Knowing its flaws, such was not disclosed in the description during advertisement.”

We stand by the quality of our products and maintain a high standard of quality control and checks, right from sourcing the products from trusted suppliers, delivery to our warehouse, listing the products for sale, pick and pack for dispatch and finally for delivery to the customer. We understand there was an issue with one of our products and a minor defect was visible on the product that was shipped out. We have taken this concern very seriously and we assure our customers that an investigation of the matter will be conducted so that no issue like this goes unnoticed by out team in the future.

“MBT shoes arrived very promptly and were exactly as described. I take a 4.5 uk shoe size and that size can be hard to find in MBTs. Delighted with them.”
