“I explained that I had only worn the shoe once and it was too tight I pleaded that you help me change it to a bigger size but you refused”

Please be aware we operate a no quibble 30 day returns policy. A refund will be provided given items are returned back in their original condition as NEW and UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The customer used the shoes and decided to return them back. We rejected the customer's return as the shoes are worn and we cannot sell the item as brand new.

“Legend Footwear were able to sell me some Dr Martens Sinclair boots that are pretty hard to come by in Cherry Red, especially here in Australia. Extremely fast shipping and the boots actually feel like i don't need to break them in like my other Sinclairs. It took me ages to break in my old ones, finally walking around London all day in them recently, but these new ones are comfortable immediately. I wish I knew about Legend Footwear when I was in the UK in September. Great work Guys!”

“I ordered my new running shoes on 12th October and paid for a next day delivery before 1pm as I was out in the afternoon. They arrived on time Friday 13th and I was out running in them at 08:30 am on the 14th. Very happy with the service and the shoes. Thank you Legend Footwear!”
