“The service from Legend was first rate, sadly Ecco shoes have changed their design, trying to make one shoe fit all foot widths, this doesn't work for me and I had to return the item, am awaiting refund.”

“Good price for what I am looking for. Shipping was very fast. I gave 4 starts because the lighter color shoes came with minor traces dirt/being worn. I kept them but had to clean it up myself. Will still shop from this site again because the price is great.”

The customer has sent a worn item back. This is against our return policy, we had to charge a restocking fee as we cannot sell the item as brand new. Customers can certainly try items on a clean carpet, checking the fit of the boots. It should be done in a way that does not cause damage to the boots.
