“I purchase MBT 's from Legend they are expensive but their prices are cheaper than anywhere else I can find. At times I have spoken to customer service and always received good advice. Shoes arrive promptly - well packaged.”

“First time ordering from Legend and had to return as the clogs I ordered were dispatched in a size smaller than I ordered. On contacting Legend they explained that was because the brand I ordered (Birkenstock) tend to come up large - however I knew this and had ordered the size down. Legend have exchanged with no cost and minimal hassle 👍🏻 I do think though that if they are going to make this decision like this on a customers behalf it would be helpful to let the customer know and give them the option before dispatching.”

“Unfortunately boots were not comfortable which is unusual for Clarks. No return slip so had to pay for return. Good deliveries and refund processed quickly.”
