“Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a pair of barefoot shoes , only 4 months old, hardly worn with hole in seam. Requested a replacement and told this is wear and tear and outside 30 day refund policy!! These shoes are supposed to have 6 month warranty . Will be going to small claims court and will not be purchasing again from this company”

Upon inspection of the images shared, it's clear that the damage is due to wear & tear. The footwear holds no manufacturing defect. However, we offer 30-day returns but only for unworn items in their original condition and packaging, which in this case is expired. It really makes us sad to know that our customer is unhappy with the resolution provided.

“Happy, just what I wanted ! One only question is: why the spare shoes laces are blue, rather than dark brown like the original? Odd !”

“Fast delivery, product exactly as expected. Did not have to return anything, so I can’t comment how easy it is. However, the order came with very prescriptive instructions re: how to return and how they won’t accept returns if the boxes are damaged (might be standard, but it made it feel like I can’t return stuff easily).”
