“Great product, bought Doc Martens, my first pair and so so glad I bought with Legend. Their comms are excellent, I had to return the first pair as they were too big but ordered again the size down. Returns were so easy, although I had to find a post office to print the prepaid label.”

“I was impressed with quick delivery I was informed when my shoes would be delivered. Unfortunately the right shoe was uncomfortable on my arthritic ankle. So I had to return the parcel. 2 days later I had an e-mail informing me of my refund. I would use this company again.”

“Do not buy from them !!! I purchased very expensive leather ankle boots that I would expect to last at least 2 years. The elastic on the side of one boot just came away and they said they will not replace or refund. Just keep quoting their 30day return policy !?! I am taking it further now as I am told I have 6 months for faulty items. Awful, awful service, avoid and buy your footwear with another retailer”

Hi Karen, My apologies for the issues you are facing with your Pikolinos purchased 3 months back. This is, as mentioned previously, out of our 30-day return window. The warranty for these boots are not with Legend Footwear at all, Pikolinos prefer for customer's to reach out to them directly, as per their website which states 'Pikolinos agrees to evaluate all the possible quality defects in the production process. However, Pikolinos will proceed differently depending on the sale channel used (by the customer) to purchase the product.' You are saying this is not wear and tear, if not wear and tear then the next step would be to contact Pikolinos directly. My apologies for not being able to further assist with this request, it is something that is unfortunately in the hands of the Manufacturer as opposed to ourselves here. Best wishes, Legend Footwear
