“I was buying shoes for my mother, who is housebound and has swollen feet, making them difficult to fit. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and had to return four. My mother is happy with the shoes she kept. Customer services were very helpful throughout the process. Returning shoes is free. They have certainly relieved my anxieties about buying shoes online.”

The order was dispatched on the day we received it via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. However, there was no answer when the delivery was attempted the next day leading to failure in delivery. The customer then again requested redelivery for the item which was eventually delivered on the 3rd day from the day it was dispatched. We request customers to be available at their mentioned address to collect the package. We advise customers to contact us prior to leaving any feedback to assist them with the best possible solutions.

“The customer service I received has been exceptional. 5* is not a high enough rating for my experience with Legend Footwear. Sadly on this occasion the DM’s were too small but from the moment I contacted re the return to the email confirming the refund payment (all less than a week!) all communication was friendly, quick and informative. The return was prepaid Royal Mail tracked so no additional cost was incurred by me. I fully intend to spend my refund with this business as the choice of footwear on the website is premium quality with competitive prices. I highly recommend Legend! A refreshing online shopping experience. Thank you!”
