They were very helpful and I felt confident placing the order. The boots were delivered really quickly and very well packaged. I was pleased to see returns info included in the box, although I didn't need it as the boots fit really well and were exactly what I was after.”

“I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered multiple sizes and figured out what my size was and so when I went to make the return, it turns out I need to pay the shipping per item. So the shipping comes to $48 rather than the $12 that stated on their website. They told me that if I combined all the products into one box I’m only insured against the one on the shipping label. I’ve been back-and-forth with customer service and their responses are vague and confusing.”

To ensure secure returns, our policy suggests using separate return labels for each item, as this provides individual tracking and protection for each product. We understand this may result in additional shipping costs, which are based on carrier policies, not ours. As an alternative, we also allow returns of multiple items in one package, though only the item on the label is insured in transit. We even provided the option to use any other preferred shipping service to potentially reduce costs.
