“Shoes are fine but their returns policy is utterly ridiculous. All conditional on their assessment of 'damage' to shoe wrappings within the parcel/shoe box means return is impossible ?Fortunately the shoes fit so I'm keeping them.”

“Delivery arrived on time thank you. Shame the product didn’t fit in either size we ordered but that is no reflection on you, the footwear just didn’t fit my narrow feet. The packaging was in good condition so all in all it was a good experience. Just now waiting the refund after sending them back on Friday (it’s now Sunday) so expect to see this shortly once you have processed the return”
