“Ordered saucony trainers which we’re supposed to be true to size but needed a half size bigger so had to return them”

“Looking everywhere for these specific Ugg boots for my daughter, eventually found some on the Legends website. Size information a little confusing as only half sizes listed and I was aware that Ugg doesn't do half sizes. A quick email to the shop who responded very quickly saying that they would look into this issue. However in the meantime I found Ugg sizing listed elsewhere showing which size I needed so quickly got the order on. Email updates and quick delivery. I dropped a star due to initial sizing confusion and the price was slightly more than anywhere else, albeit they had stock.”

We stand by the quality of our products and maintain a high standard of quality control and checks, right from sourcing the products from trusted suppliers, delivery to our warehouse, listing the products for sale, pick and pack for dispatch and finally for delivery to the customer. We understand there was an issue with one of our products and a minor defect was visible on the product that was shipped out. We have taken this concern very seriously and we assure our customers that an investigation of the matter will be conducted so that no issue like this goes unnoticed by out team in the future.
