“so disappointing !!! very bad shipping method to click and collect in shop had to wait 2 weeks to get my book :-(”

Possibly because of the bad weather or any other local issue. “I ordered 2 seforim at the same time so that I would only pay one postage and packing. The website gave no indication that they were not available until I got an e mail telling me only one was available. If I wanted to order another Sefer I would have to pay another p&p as they had already sent my order out. In my view, when I e mailed to query the additional p&p the correct thing would be to send another Sefer free. I won’t use this website again”

“Paid for book... replied to your correspondence requesting confirmation that, despite possible customs duty/local tax, I indeed wanted the item shipped...a few days later received a refund... and subsequently a message you'd spontaneously cancelled the order... Finally, no reply received to the further email I sent you. The overall impression you left was,simply, that Lehmanns just isn't "that serious".”

“Hi My first experience was bad with lehmanns.. I order 4 or 5 books for a gift for a barmitsva last month. Someone of lehmanns called me to tell me that 2 of them were damaged and were the last in stock.. (So I received the package To late for the barmitsva) Then, when I receved the package, I was surprised : one of the books I ordered was not on the package. When I go To the website It was in stock ! I ask To the support why ?? they explain me that sometimes the website was not updated.... To finish the delivery DPD was very bad the man has refused to deliver at our appartement and my wife, pregnant, was obliged to go downstairs and take the package wich is heavy Thank you”
