Hello, I'am very happy to be able to by seforim through the internet but I think that many things could be upgraded in the site. For exemple : too many seforim are out of stock, the filters in the search are not always pertinent. A phonetic search would be interesting. In the description we should always have the print quality and the size. When a book is in stock at the ordering time and then out of stock at the dispatch, it should come back to the card. Good luck

I was charged too much. Your customer service sorted this out, but would have been better if I had been charged the right amount from the beginning

The book was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. However, I ordered 2 books, according to the data on the website both were in stock. Great was my surprise that I received only 1 book and a note which mentioned that the other book wasn’t available after all. And also that I wouldn’t be notified once it would be available again. I was advised to check the website every now and then.

Good selection Poor website and marketing. There must be a way so we do not get out of print books being marketed. Likewise when one does a search. There must be better subsections options when fou g a sesrch for i.e. a Daf Hayomi gemora
