“One of the items I ordered showed as in ( High) stock and then they didn't deliver. Pity because other than that the service was excellent.”

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Although we may on occasion give discounts for bulk purchases, this only applies to items being sold at full price. If we are already offering a discount, for what ever reason ,we ,in line with most online retailers, cannot combine discounts. It is an either or situation. I apologise that we were not aware of exactly what you wanted to purchase. Had we realized that the items you intended to purchase were already 30% off, we would have mentioned straight away that we cannot give extra discounts on top of sale prices. “The book was out of stock for a looooong time. But I got a notification when it was finally available. Ordering processes was smooth. Unfortunately local delivery in Sweden is a mess and I'm still waiting. But that can't really be blamed in Lehmanns. Prices at Lehmanns are much higher than at Artscroll but free shipment and customs included makes it a better deal in the end.”

“The Service was good, but I received the Sefer "Ta'am Woda'as" in a very poor printing Quality. Iwanted to use it as a present, but this is not possible so. I checked with other Editions. They are OK. I do not know from which Edition this volumes come. I plan to send the Seforim back and to aks for an Exchange. Kind regards Ari Lewenstein”

“i am very happy that orders arrive usually within 24 hours and i am happy with the return policy however a lot of seforim seem to be out of stock for a very long time and people want them so i think there needs to be a improvement on this”

“I would like to be able to send a voucher as a gift , by post, to those who do not have email which it appears I am not able to do. I was only able to send the Bar mitzva boy a voucher to use in your store because his mother had an email address at her place of work.”

“Hi I found the response from the person from Lehmanns Books most unhelpful I am in South Africa and required seforim from you. Had someone visiting the UK prepared to get the Seforim for me, having purchased from you previously The person with whom I was dealing proved most unhelpful. I wanted to know which was the nearest store to Fulham which is where this Shaliach would be staying and the response was "We don't have a store in Fulham"-----That was not the answer to the question which was asked Then I asked whether you had particular volumes in stock and at which store these may be in order to assess the logistics, the reply,"Go on to our Online site and see what books we have in stock" or words to that effect. Again this was not the answer to the question asked”
