“I recently purchased a mezuzah. I understand that it's stated on the website that images are for illustrative purposes only. However, I was utterly disappointed of how completely different the colour of the mezuzah I received was from the one shown in the picture. I would not have purchased one I received. I also think the delivery charge is extortionate.”

“I ordered a set of Machzors (books), that were a gift. They kept trying to deliver them to the wrong address. I rang UPS twice to amend the incorrect address that Lehman’s had put down and I left a message for Lehmanns’s. The books were the sent back to Lehmanns’s, who did refund but I then had to buy the books elsewhere.”
