“My order was faulty, because of a glitch at the publishing end. I contacted Lehmanns about the problem with the book I’d received and they rectified it swiftly and courteously , though it was not at all of their doing. Excellent service and customer care.”

Hello Thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm so so sorry that you did not receive the book you ordered. I have looked into your issue and can see that you first made us aware of the problem on 17th September. Please understand that at Lehmanns we were closed completely from Tuesday 14th September until Thursday 28th September. Your emails were sent in this time frame and were therefore unanswered.
