“Simply said: I love your Shop. For a frum Jew in Germany it is one of the best possibilities to get fast products with a low shipping fee. Many Sforim you have are just not available for the German market due to the small amount of interest. I appreciate that you deliver fast, good and have a superior customer service. I feel like buying from my family.”

Hello, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative. I'm really sorry that you didn't receive your order the next day. The shipping we offer is overnight shipping with Parcelforce and whilst we dispatched it to them the same day as we received the order, they only delivered the order to you 2 days later. At Lehmanns, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent customer service, but unfortunately, we have no control over our shipping partners. They do have a clause in their terms and conditions where they try their upmost to deliver overnight, but may sometimes not be able to. Many apologies Lehmanns Marketing Team
