“Tout est parfait; excepté la partie livraison Chronopost. Pour les 2 livraisons, ils n'ont pas respecté les délais de mise à disposition annoncés dans leur mail et sms téléphonique. Leur plateforme de réclamation se trouve à l'étranger et sont incompétents. Cordialement”

“No answer when we ask information. For example, I twice ask for the size of the books, and I had never be answered. I consider that is a very poor service when you sell on a web site and the size of the book is not given in the description. Several times, I finaly NOT ordered.”
