“Lehmanns has a large collection of books on the website. If you need some help they are reachable. I am being helped several times very friendly and professional. Delivery from UK to the Netherlands is in just 3 days. One time the package was open when I got it but everything was still inside.”

“You have great staff but no phone number to call to help wind our way through what is an inadequate website, when making a purchase. Emial services do not help as they often misunderstand the complexity of the issue. I would use your service many more times if I had been able to navigate your website. I will be prepared to rewrite this review if you get the glitches sorted out.”

Thank you for your valuable feedback. At Lehmanns we constantly work to improve our customer service and user experience. Your experience showed up that we have a bug in our system. What happened was that you selected some items and chose “click and collect” as the delivery option. You then removed those items and were left only with a gift card, but the delivery option was unchangeable. We have since reported this to our programmers and the bug has been fixed. We thank you very much for pointing this out to us. Concerning the website search; we apologize that you are having trouble navigating our website. We work tirelessly to update our search terms and improve navigation. We generally answer all email queries the same business day. You can also you the “Ask a Question” button on the product page to send us a message about any of our book. As a token of appreciation and apologies for your frustration, we would like to offer you a £10 voucher towards your next purchase. The voucher will be emailed to you privately.
