“We are extremely impressed with the customer service, right from ordering through to delivery and sending us a missing foot for the table, we have had nothing but excellent service. We are also really pleased with the table and chairs, they are sturdy, well made and we know that they will last for a long time outside which we need, living so close to the sea Thank you very much and we will definately recommend you to anyone that requires outdoor furniture in the future,”

“You killed my dream. I ordered on Amazon, and waited the required time, watched the despatch and arrival time with baited breath, and then, the delivery time changed. It was going to arrive later. You might all shrug your shoulders and say “oh well”, at LeisureBench, but I am devastated! I ordered from you because the delivery time was good for me, and now you have killed it for me. i will NEVER order from you again! I had plans, which are now completely in disarray. Thanks for nothing.”

“I am thrilled with my new bench, which I have painted a very smart pale grey. It was satisfying putting it together, and gave me a great sense of achievement. I would like to say that I have been enjoying sitting on it, but so far the weather has been too wet for sitting outside so for now I am limited to admiring it through the windows! Many thanks.”

“We've enjoyed two great picnic benches from LeisureBench. Their quality and value were great, but their customer service was outstanding. We made a mistake in constructing the first one, and after liaising with an incredibly helpful customer care advisor Alice, she was only too happy to speak to the warehouse manager to provide us with a spare bolt to rectify our mistake. Everyone was so kind and helpful I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.”

“LOVE these chairs, sturdy, stack neatly together and are a good size seat to accommodate all shapes and sizes. Light to move about. Back tilt just right, not too laid back or uprights. I’ve just purchased another pair!”
